9 Week Control Freak Update

If you enjoyed 9 Week Control Freak but didn’t have all the necessary equipment to do the whole program, you’re in luck!

Autumn Calabrese and Beachbody recently partnered again to create an updated, “Off the Wall” version of the program. And the only equipment you’ll need is a set of dumbbells.

Anyone who purchased the 9 Week Control Freak automatically gets access to this updated version at no additional charge.

As someone who loves to try out new workouts, I haven’t done the entire program but I have done a few of the workouts. I loved that it really targeted specific body parts during the weighted workouts.

I found the workouts to be really effective and not very long (at about 18 to 30 minutes each). And the program is five days a week, so there’s flexibility to build in other passions–like tennis or running–on the days that you’re not doing a workout.

Like all challenge packs from Beachbody, you also get access to Ultimate Portion Fix and 2B Mindset so you can get your nutrition in check. Proper nutrition is essential to the success of any fitness program, and Autumn refers to the Fix throughout.

What’s Included?

This updated program includes 5 unique workouts that represent each phase of the program, for a total of 15 workouts.

What Do You Need?

The only thing you need to complete the Off the Wall workouts is a set of light, medium, and heavy dumbbells. The original version required a Control Track, Core Ball, and Beachbody step.
