Shakeology – Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream
If you’re not into shakes/smoothies (or just want something different) there are some alternative ways to use Shakeology and this recipe is one of them. I made this for the first time recently and want to share the lesson I learned. Plan to make this and then eat it right away (it does take a couple of hours to ‘set’) but leaving it in the freezer overnight produces a useless frozen block.
