Know Your Job 1 and Get it Done
You know the saying that you need to put your own oxygen mask on first. It’s very true, and now Beachbody has a program focused on your number one priority, and it’s called Job 1.
Led by Beachbody’s newest trainer, Jennifer Jacobs, this four-week program puts YOU in the priority seat. This program is so doable with 20-minute workouts, five days a week. No matter what’s going on in your life, you can set aside 20 minutes to prioritize yourself.
Something else exciting about this program is that with a French Canadian trainer, it’s being filmed in both French and English. They’ll be shooting in real-time, similar to 80 Day Obsession so you can follow along as it’s being built—provided you sign up for VIP early access by December 16.
Like all Beachbody programs, nutrition is a huge part of your success. Jennifer recommends following either 2B Mindset or Portion Fix to keep your nutrition in check. Both of these programs are easy to follow without any complicated calorie counting. And if you’re a member of Beachbody On Demand Interactive, you’ll also get new meal plans and recipes every month.
The only equipment you’ll need is light, medium, and heavy dumbbell weights and resistance loops—all of which you probably have from other programs you’ve completed. And there are optional cycling workouts, so those with a stationary bike can take advantage of those.
I’m excited about this program addition, and I think this is the perfect program to start mid-month to carry you into the new year feeling good and on track.
