Transform in the New Year

transform:20 lee rattermanDo you know what you need in the new year to motivate you? For me, the answer is Transform:20.

You know my life is busy. With four kids at home (all of whom are in sports activities), a diva puppy and a business to run, my days can be kind of hectic. So Transform:20 is a perfect fit.

Only 20-minute workouts, six days a week, for six weeks. I mean, if you can’t find 20 minutes in each day, there’s a problem. Not only that, but the workouts don’t repeat. It’s 36 original workouts through the whole program.

And a fun addition to the program is the step. This isn’t your old 90s step aerobics either. I’ve seen a few of the test group workouts and they use the step to the max! I’ll definitely be using the modifier when I start!

The fact that Transform:20 is all bodyweight exercises really brings you back to Insanity. If you like Insanity, I think you’re going to love this. It looks just as intense but it seems to be less dance and more functional. Doing functional exercises is so important as you age because it allows you to stay active and practice doing the things you do every day anyway. And with a milestone birthday this year, I need all the help I can get.

Transform:20 also has its own meal plan, while also helping you to truly transform your mindset struggles with nutrition and working out. I think it’s a great plan for life and living.

Several coaches and I are running a group together, giving me access to Shaun T and his motivating personality. Because this is something new, it’s easy to get wrapped up in the hype–and I really think that will help me stay motivated and committed to the process.

You can be an early adopter and purchase Transform:20 on early release now, which you can also get with your Shakeology order! If you have On Demand, you’ll be able to access it in April.
