What a Relief! Healthy Recipes for Holiday Parties

This time of year can be EXTREMELY difficult trying to make and consume healthy food. I find that to be especially true when attending gatherings and other holiday functions. Most “shareable” dishes are heavy on the calories and light on the nutrition (a veggie tray is a good try, but really you don’t want more than one of those at a party).

Since I’m struggling with this, I figure you might be struggling with this too. Plus, this year I’m staying on track with my health & fitness for December, so I know I have to do some things differently. One of those things is finding healthy recipes to make and take to holiday parties.

Here are a few of my “go-to’s” for taking to a feast or hostessing at my own house. Everything from appetizers to main dishes & dessert, I hope you find something to help your holidays be super tasty and healthy.
