blessed, grateful, momof4,

Proud to be More Than a Mom

Do you ever have one of those days when you are just grateful? Grateful for your liblessed, grateful, momof4, fe, your family, the experiences you have and the people you meet? While riding my bike today and letting my mind wander, I became filled with gratitude. I don’t think that I had ever let myself imagine I would be living this life, when I quit my corporate job to become a mom.

My life today is one of financial peace and the ability to dream, turn those dreams into goals – and then achieve them. We are able to send our kids to camp and enjoy many other activities that just weren’t in the picture before (like dance classes for our 3 yr old – a complete luxury if you ask me). And this comes as a result of helping other people achieve their goals. I didn’t think that I would ever have an income after I became a mom. Oh sure, I tried some part-time stuff here and there, but it didn’t feel right so I chose to stay home – making a conscious decision to sacrifice the income I could contribute to our family’s bottom line. I knew that in doing this I wouldn’t be able to afford some of the little things I wanted to give to my children, but I made the choice and I was OK with it. Then, when I most needed “something” in my life, I found Beachbody.

Because P90 worked for me, I just wanted to share my story and pay it forward. I had no idea it would turn into income and eventually the key to our financial peace. I get super jazzed up and EXCITED to be able to inspire, motivate and encourage others to write their own success stories.

Today, I get to be a mom, and so much more. As human beings, I think we identify with other people based on our journey and experiences, which is why I want to share my story, and hear other’s. Everyone has endured struggles and doubt, it is encouraging to hear that we aren’t alone. It made my day when someone I didn’t know recently told me that I was an inspiration for her at a time when she had lost faith in herself. From complete strangers that find me on Facebook to those in our community and involved with our kids, my greatest reward is hearing how others have found their “more.”

What fills your cup? Is there something that happened that made your day? I’d love to hear part of your story.
