Carrot Cake Shakeology

rice milk
or almond or coconut milk

cup
steamed carrots

all-natural almond butter

tsp
ground cinnamon
ice for desired thickness
Instructions
For best results, use a quality blender or emulsifier to liquefy the carrots. Add all ingredients to blender and mix well. Enjoy!
