Crockpot Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
2
pounds
pork tenderloin
or two small tenderloins
1/4
cup
Bragg's Liquid Aminos
a healthy substitute for soy sauce
1.5
tsp
yellow mustard
2
T
olive oil
3
T
pure maple syrup
1
shallot
chopped
1
tsp
onion powder
1.5
tsp
garlic powder
Instructions
Turn crock pot on to low.
In large measuring cup, add all the ingredients for the marinade and mix.
Place tenderloin in the crock pot. Pour marinade over tenderloin.
Cook on low for about 5 hours for two small tenderloins or 6 hours for one large piece.
Slice and serve pouring the juices over the meat.
Recommended but not necessary: Turn the pork twice to ensure even cooking at 2 hours and 4 hours, pouring the juices all over
Notes
Serve with roasted sweet potatoes, a leafy green salad or any veggie of choice.
