No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Servings: 20 1.5 inch round cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1 Cup Quick Oats
  • 2 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients, except the honey, into a large mixing bowl.
  • Then add the honey, just enough to make it stick together. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together. I mix with my hands because I find it easiest.
  • Roll the mixture into balls, about the size of a golf ball. Then flatten the balls into cookie-shapes on a sheet of wax paper.

Notes

Can be served immediately, but will form best when left in refrigerator overnight
I prefer to store them in the fridge (when I leave them out my kids devour them, they really are that good LOL)
