Pumpkin Pie Shakeology
Ingredients
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla Shakeology
- 10 oz. liquid (milk or water)
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves
- 1 bite frozen banana
- 6 ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well.
Notes
If you want a little splurge, add 2 Mrs. Thinster's Pumpkin Spice cookies at 25 calories each. You can mix them into your shake or enjoy them on the side!
