Pumpkin Pie Shakeology

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla Shakeology
  • 10 oz. liquid (milk or water)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves
  • 1 bite frozen banana
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well.

Notes

If you want a little splurge, add 2 Mrs. Thinster's Pumpkin Spice cookies at 25 calories each. You can mix them into your shake or enjoy them on the side!
