When to Do a 3-Day Refresh

I’ve only used 3-Day Refresh a few times in my 10 years of coaching. The last time I used it, I ended up extremely bloated and stopping midway through. I decided it wasn’t for me and told myself I wouldn’t try it again.

But after the holidays, a few of my team members decided to clean up their nutrition—starting with a 3-Day Refresh. After deciding I’d join their group with the intent to simply support them, I made the decision to give the Refresh another try.

The 3-Day Refresh is a scientifically-designed program that detoxifies and cleanses your body and helps to boost your metabolism. You eat whole foods and two shakes a day while also drinking a fiber sweep. It works to reset your body, but it also resets your mindset to go back to healthier habits.

I went into the Refresh thinking that I would just cut my sugar addiction that creeped up during the holidays. But at the end of three days, I had lost five pounds!

The Refresh isn’t a diet, and it’s not a juice cleanse. You’re eating several times throughout the day, but you’re eating fresh fruits and vegetables. (Eating veggies isn’t the worst thing in the world!) And most people lose pounds and inches while on the Refresh
