Ingredients
- 1 Scoop Strawberry Shakeology
- 1 Cup water (or almond, rice or coconut milk)
- 1/2 Cup Nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 Medium banana
- 6-8 Cubes ice
Instructions
